Over 40 years we’ve completed appraisals for major banks such Citizens Bank, Bank of America, First Federal Savings, Peoples Credit Union, Pier Bank and numerous mortgage companies, private individuals, and state agencies. We have provided appraisals for the Department of Transportation in Rhode Island for Highway takings, as well as land acquisition and development rights with the Department of Environmental Management. We have worked for the Nature Conservancy and other land trusts. One of our largest projects was the Pearl Rose Estate in Exeter Rhode Island comprised of over 965 acres.
We have been qualified as an expert witness for testimony in superior court, as well as family courts in the State of Rhode Island. Our personal experience in developing residential subdivisions and condominium development, has given us greater insight into the building process, cost estimating, as well as planning and zoning issues.
